General FAQs

What is The Chaos Method™?

The Chaos Method™ is a psychology-led approach to building intentional, high-functioning digital environments for creative businesses.

It is designed to take your messy brain-dumps, scattered notes, and unfiltered thoughts and translate them into cohesive branding, clear copy, and striking digital layouts that hold.

Who do you work with?

Mostly entrepreneurs, creatives, and neurodivergent professionals who want their big ideas fully built out into the world with clean visual hierarchy, without losing the creative magic that makes them unique.

What makes you different from other designers or VAs?

I don’t just decorate a page, and I don't expect you to hand me clean templates or perfect copy.

Because I combine cognitive psychology with end-to-end design and information architecture, I act as the translator. I dive into your chaos, structure the narrative, write the copy, and build the final, premium digital space from scratch.

Services & Process

What platforms do you build websites on?

Squarespace, Shopify, Wix, and WordPress - depending on what suits your goals, skills, and how hands-on you want to be after launch. I’ll always recommend what fits best.

Can you help with ongoing support after the project is done?

Yes! I offer ongoing support for design, systems, and updates as your business evolves.

How long does a typical project take?

Timelines vary depending on the scope of the project.

Smaller projects or focused builds can take a day to a few weeks, while more complex systems or multi-layered work may take longer. I’ll always give you a clear timeline upfront so that you know exactly what to expect.

What if I don’t know what I need yet?

That’s fine! That’s usually where I start.

We can chat through what’s working, what’s not, and I’ll help map out your best next steps.

Can you help me with my branding too?

Yes! I can create brand palettes, typography pairings, visual identity, and even tone-of-voice guides to make your business cohesive and recognisable.

Do you write copy as well?

Yep! I can write or refine your copy so it flows naturally, feels aligned, and communicates your message clearly. I am also trained in SEO optimisation.

Tech & Tools

What systems do you build?

Everything from CRMs (like HubSpot, Monday, Notion) to email automations, client workflows, and digital dashboards that simplify how your business runs.

Can you train me or my team?

Yes, I provide walkthroughs, Loom recordings, or live sessions to help you and your team feel confident moving forward.

Working Together

How do I get started?

You can fill out the enquiry form or email georgia@thechaosmethod.co.uk with what you’re dreaming up. From there, I’ll guide you through the next steps.

What’s your communication style like?

Honest, clear, and friendly. I heavily value honesty and transparency, which means that you’ll always know exactly what’s happening. I like to keep things professional but relaxed, and a laugh is always welcome. The best work happens when everyone feels comfortable being themselves.

Do you collaborate with other creatives?

Yes! I love working alongside photographers, coaches, writers, and educators to create aligned, full-scale experiences.

I’m socially anxious , will that be a problem?

Not at all - I completely understand it. I know that starting a project while trusting someone new with your ideas can feel nerve-wracking. I’m patient, understanding, and happy to work around whatever helps you feel most comfortable. That can be through keeping things to email or messages, taking things slow, or providing clear expectations before every call.

I’m dyslexic, ADHD, autistic, or have other communication needs; can you adapt to that?

Absolutely. The Chaos Method™ was built with neurodivergent people in mind. If written communication is uncomfortable for you, we can switch to voice notes, calls, or screen recordings. If you need extra processing time, visual aids, or a clear step-by-step breakdowns, then I’m all for incorporating whatever makes the process more accessible for you.

I really care about maintaining a process that’s calm, supportive, and comfortable for each of my clients.

Do I need to know exactly what I want before we start?

Not at all. Most people come to me with a mix of ideas, notes, or something that just isn’t working yet.

Part of my role is helping you figure that out and turning it into something clear and structured.
